One payment

Achoti is bought once. There is no subscription, no auto-renewal, no trial period, and no payment method stored with us. No second payment. No date.

There is nothing to cancel

There is no subscription to cancel and no future charge to stop. The download is free, and the payment is made once, inside the app.

Your purchase is tied to your Apple account, so it comes with you to a new device — on the "Your purchase" screen, restore your purchase on a new device.

Refunds

Payment is handled by Apple, so refund requests are handled by Apple too, through reportaproblem.apple.com. We have no access to charge or credit your payment method.

Statutory right of cancellation

Under Israel's Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, and its regulations, a distance sale may be cancelled within 14 days of the transaction. You are welcome to contact us about this and we will help you with the app store.
